Battery Vacuum Lifter - ABVLP5-1000
Overview
The Aardwolf ABVLP5-1000 is a battery-powered stone slab vacuum lifter designed for lifting, transporting, and installing granite, marble, engineered quartz, sintered stone, porcelain, and ceramic slabs in stone fabrication shops, manufacturing facilities, and construction projects.
Powered by a 12V battery-operated vacuum system, the ABVLP5-1000 works independently without requiring an external air compressor or compressed air supply. This allows for greater mobility, faster setup, and easier operation across different work areas.
The lifter features five adjustable suction pads that distribute vacuum force evenly across the slab surface, improving stability when handling large-format stone. Each suction pad can be rotated and repositioned along the frame to accommodate a wide variety of slab sizes, shapes, and lifting requirements.
The ABVLP5-1000 also incorporates dual operating controls on both the handle and the machine body, a 0–90° pneumatic tilting mechanism, an integrated vacuum reservoir, and audible and visual low-vacuum alarms, helping operators lift and position heavy stone safely, accurately, and efficiently.
How It Works
Position the suction pads on the stone slab and adjust their locations to match the slab size and center of gravity. Once activated, the vacuum system securely grips the slab throughout the lifting and transport process.
During handling, the 0–90° tilting mechanism allows the slab to be rotated smoothly between horizontal and vertical positions for easier transportation and installation. Operators can control the lifting functions using either the controls on the handle or the control panel mounted on the machine.
After the slab has been safely positioned on a stable surface, release the vacuum to detach the lifter and prepare it for the next lifting operation.
Key Features
- Battery-powered vacuum system: Operates on a 12V battery without requiring an external air compressor or compressed air supply.
- 0–90° tilting mechanism: Rotates slabs smoothly between horizontal and vertical positions.
- High lifting capacity: Rated for 1,000 kg horizontal and 500 kg vertical lifting.
- Dual control system: Controls are available on both the operating handle and the machine body.
- Five suction pad configuration: Five vacuum pads provide stable, even load distribution for large slabs.
- Adjustable and rotatable suction pads: Suction pads can be rotated and repositioned to suit different slab sizes and shapes.
- Extendable and retractable operating handle: The handle extends and retracts to provide a comfortable working distance.
- Integrated vacuum reservoir: Helps maintain vacuum pressure during brief interruptions.
- Audible and visual warning system: Alerts the operator when vacuum pressure drops below the safe level.
- Integrated parking stand: Keeps the lifter upright during storage and helps protect the suction pads.
Applications
