Shipping Information

All orders are dispatched only after full payment has been received.
Delivery terms are EXW (Ex Works) – Varna, Bulgaria, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Shipping costs are calculated individually based on the weight, volume, and destination of each order.
Customers may arrange their own transport or request TOOL RANGE Ltd. to organize delivery through our logistics partners.
Estimated delivery time: 3–10 business days within Europe and up to 20 business days internationally, depending on carrier availability and customs clearance.

TOOL RANGE Ltd. shall not be held responsible for delays caused by shipping companies, customs authorities, or force majeure events.
